Trust Bank PJSC has been using Loan Workbench's loan management system for automatization of retail and business lending for several years already. In June 2011, Softgenic Systems specialists, together with the IT department of the bank, carried out the transfer to a new version of the system – Loan Workbench 2.0. The bank workflow was also optimized with regard to the features provided by the new version. Update of the system enhances the quality of customer service and efficiency of bank employees' activities.
